Full Package £70.00 per month

  • Online
  • Minimum 3-month commitment of £210 to ensure improvements are met and monitored, then continue monthly
  • Event advice, planning, and support
  • Strength assessment
  • Goal setting
  • Weekly manageable plan
  • Shared drive where you will find your strength & conditioning, maintenance sessions, and video tutorials
  • Monthly plan/progress review and update

These fees are based on meeting locally. If I am required to travel, then a supplementary fee will be charged to cover time and additional expenses.

Once a session is booked, I require 48hrs notice of cancellation, please.

If less than 48hrs notice is given, the full fee will be chargeable, unless there are extreme circumstances.
