Full Package £70.00 per month
- Online
- Minimum 3-month commitment of £210 to ensure improvements are met and monitored, then continue monthly
- Event advice, planning, and support

- Shared drive where you will find your strength & conditioning, maintenance sessions, and video tutorials
- Monthly plan/progress review and update
These fees are based on meeting locally. If I am required to travel, then a supplementary fee will be charged to cover time and additional expenses.
The full package is further customisable by adding face-to-face sessions as required and paying the fee.
Once a session is booked, I require 48hrs notice of cancellation, please.
If less than 48hrs notice is given, the full fee will be chargeable, unless there are extreme circumstances.
