Since 2019, when I first discovered Notch at the National Running Show, their philosophy of commemorating personal achievements resonated deeply with me. Back then, my world revolved around running—every milestone, every race, every breakthrough was something to celebrate. Notch gave me a way to mark those moments tangibly, to wear my progress with pride. Celebrating milestones is fun!

I vividly remember adding my first 5K, 10K, half-marathon, and full marathon to my collection, each one a testament to the grit and determination that got me to the finish line. Then came my first ultra, pushing beyond distances I once thought impossible.

Perhaps though, the most meaningful addition was celebrating the moment I became a coach and launched No Limit Run Coaching, a turning point in my journey where I transitioned from personal achievement to empowering others.

Beyond racing, I often mark podium wins with a Notch—not for the trophy itself, but for the effort, the training, the persistence behind it. I also love commemorating shared experiences, those races run alongside friends, moments that aren’t just about personal success but about connection, support, and a collective celebration that lasts well beyond the finish line.

Fast forward to today, my love for movement has expanded beyond running to embrace a full spectrum of sports, interests, and personal achievements. The ability to celebrate progress—whether in fitness, coaching, or personal growth—has never been more important.
