These fees are based on meeting locally. If I am required to travel, then a supplementary fee will be charged to cover time and additional expenses.
The full package is further personalised by adding 1:1 sessions as required and paying the appropriate fee. Feel free to WhatsApp if you require something specific. I don’t set limits – tell me what you want. 
Once a session is booked, I require 48 hrs notice of cancellation, please. If less than 48 hrs notice is given, the full fee will be chargeable, unless there are extreme circumstances.

I spot the patterns, the hesitations, the untapped strengths. Then I build a plan that’s not just tailored, but transformational - with cues, sessions, and mindset shifts that unlock progress they didn’t know was possible.

Other coaches might train the runner. I coach the person who runs.
